The second installment of Friday Night Disco takes place on Friday (18th February 2011) at the Klondyke Club on Burnage Grange, just off Albert Road, with Pip, Guy and Lisa & Gary Campbell playing Punk, Funk, Rock and House from 8.00pm till late to lush lighting and effects.
Tickets costing just £3 on the door and all proceeds go towards the restoration of the Klondyke Ballroom. The Klondyke is hosting more and more nights like this and money that goes towards its restoration helps to attract outsiders to interesting evenings of music and comedy in Levenshulme so, as the organisers so succinctly put it, a good turn out would be “skill, maybe ace”.
